Each piece at Annie Sama Studio is handmade with care, intention, and individuality. Due to the nature of our work, we offer a thoughtful return policy that respects both our creative process and your satisfaction.

Return

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on select items, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or piece, please reach out within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to availability and the item must meet our return criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Ceramics, canvas art, and other fragile goods (unless damaged in transit)
